02 / MISORA
Dental implants
Implant-supported replacement for missing teeth, planned after an assessment of bone, gums, bite and general health.

Understanding the treatment
An implant can support a crown, bridge or full-arch restoration. Misora assesses the number of missing teeth, bone volume, gum condition, medical history and bite before recommending an approach. Bone grafting may be considered when needed, and the plan is discussed before treatment begins.
When to ask about it
- 01
One or more missing or failing teeth
- 02
A denture or bridge that feels unstable
- 03
Interest in a fixed replacement, subject to clinical suitability
These are reasons to seek an assessment, not a diagnosis or promise of suitability.
How care is planned
- 01
Clinical assessment
Examine the mouth and take diagnostic imaging where indicated. Review bone, gums, bite and medical factors, then discuss options, risks and timing.
- 02
Placement and healing
Place the implant fixture after planning; grafting may be required in some cases. Healing and integration are reviewed before restoration.
- 03
Restoration and maintenance
Fit the planned abutment and crown or bridge. Home care and follow-up visits help monitor the implant and surrounding tissues.
Questions to consider
Is an implant suitable for everyone?
No. Bone volume, gum health, medical history and bite affect suitability. Some patients need other care before placement or may be better served by another option.
How long does the process take?
The timeline varies with healing and whether grafting is needed. A case-specific estimate follows examination and imaging.
Can Medisave be used?
The eligible surgical component may be claimable, subject to CPF Board rules and individual eligibility. Crowns and other prosthetic components are not claimable; the clinic can explain the process at consultation.
